Q: Is there a deposit required?



A: No we do not require an upfront deposit; you pay at the time of delivery.

 

Q: How long can we keep it?

A: You pay for a five hour rental, but if time permits we will allow you to keep it for the entire time of your event with no additional cost.​

 

Q: What is the child size limit?



A: All of our inflatables are  commercial grade they will accommodate both children and adults. The size, age and activity level of the children is a factor to concidered. Small children should not be grouped with large children.

Q: What kind of inflatables do you have?



A: We have several themes to choose from, you can view some of them

on the gallery page, all of our equipment is not shown in the gallery.

Q: Do we have to pick it up and return it?



A: No we provide free delivery, free set-up, free cleaning and free pick-up.

Q: What happens if it rains, do I get my money back?



A: No, we can’t control the weather but our customers have the option of canceling up to two hours before delivery with no penalty. After delivery of the equipment there are no refunds.
